11 months!!

This month Aubry started pointing with her finger, she got her 7th tooth on May 5 and her 1st molar on May 15 (she teethes like a champ!). She loves hotdogs, says uh-oh and tries to put headbands and sunglasses on her head. She "talks" on the phone, starts to dance as soon as music comes on and thinks its hilarious when we take the shopping cart out of the store when she's riding in it...maybe it tickles? Aubry is also starting to mimic sounds like "MOM" when the girls call for me, "eww" and "brr".

Both of the big girls played soccer this last spring so Aubry spent a lot of time in the stroller cheering them on

Mom and Dad rented a house at the beach for Easter. It was fun just to spend time with everyone and watch the kids find Easter eggs and dig into their baskets

We generally do more of a fruit Easter basket instead of all candy. Aubry loved her strawberries!

This month we also got to see a lot of friends who have kids close to Aubry's age: Liberty is exactly 1 month younger than Aubry

In April we went down to Arizona to visit Ryan's grandparents. His grandpa is dying from cancer and they were always very close.

My beautiful, sweet, absolutely lovely Nana died this spring. The only thing that was good about her passing is that it brought almost all of her entire family together. We pretty much stay in contact with all of them anyways but for everyone to be under one roof for a picture...Nana would have liked that.

In my personal news, I got a minivan! It took a lot of convincing for Ryan to give in and to be perfectly honest I'd love to be a mom who never had a minivan but there is no denying they are made for families with multiple kids. This car is a lifesaver! I love it like I never thought I would. With so much going on between all the girls we basically live in our car and the room and convenience this offers...well, let's just say I'm proud to be a soccer mom! :)

10 months!

As always, I can't describe how much joy Aubry brings to our family. I only wrote down two "milestones" for this month but they were important ones: she started crawling on April 15 and gave me her first kiss on April 24. *swoon*

We moved at the end of March from our house that we lived in for 5 years. We weren't really planning to move but some friends of ours dropped the price on their dad's house into our budget so we decided to go for it. This house is the only house the girls can remember so it was a little hard for them to say good-bye.

The week after we moved, the girls and I and Shelley and her kids and our mother-in-law Nancy, went up to Canada to visit Ryan's sister Angie. The timing was a little chaotic but it was so awesome to go see her up there and of course all the kids had a blast.

Cousin Lily turned 2! She and Aubry are the best of friends, its adorable :)

And this is where we live now. We love it. What's not to love really?! We have a sunrise and sunset view, the house is twice as big as our old one, we have more property, our new neighbors are great, and I could go on and on.

Aubry loves this sliding glass door. She can see Ryan's mules, the dogs and cats and all the birds that flutter around.

9 months!

I know I mentioned before about how smart Aubry is and I know I'm not just being biased: This month we taught her how to wave Bye Bye. She watched us do it a couple times and then BOOM! She waves! Like its no big deal. Like she already knew how to do that. Same thing with clapping her hands when we say "Yay". She smiled, thinking we were being funny. Then does it herself! Genius!!
On a growth note: 2 more teeth have popped through. She's getting a mouth full!

Aubry got pretty sick with a runny nose, coughing, throwing up...it was miserable! To keep her happy (for approx. 30 seconds) I let her pull out all the kleenex from the box.

We sold our house in March so Ryan's mom (Nana) came to help us move. We bought another house in this same area but it has more acreage. Not even sure if I have any pictures of it yet, but I'll post some as soon as I get a good one :)

8 months!

8 months old! Time goes so fast! Aubry got her 4th tooth on Feb. 15. She FINALLY rolled over for the first time on Feb. 17. I had been waiting forever for her to do this but for some reason she just wasn't interested. I think a lot of it has to do with her being so content. Seriously, like she is the most contented baby EVER! She is very observant and likes to watch people. You can almost see the little wheels in her head spinning and thinking. I'm pretty sure she is going to be a genius :) Aubry is almost crawling though, so we won't be able to hold her back too much longer. And she gives kisses! Pretty much the sweetest thing ever!

7 months!

Aubry is getting so big! A few things that happened this month: She figured out how to "play games." She'll bang on the window, then throw herself back so I'd catch her and then sit her back up and she'll do it all over again. Of course, she thinks its hilariously fun and she'll laugh and laugh! Aubry started saying Ma Ma! Of course, it usually just means she wants something but I'll take what I can get :) She shakes her head to say "no". She loves playing with her feet. Aubry knows her name when we say it. She doesn't share too easily....she'll cry when you take something away that she wants. Aubry now has 3 teeth! Her 2 bottom ones came in on Jan. 2 and 6th and the first top one came in on Feb. 6.

It is so funny to watch a baby open presents. First of all, they totally don't get the point. And then, they are happy with the first thing you give them although its not even close to the coolest thing they got!
